Coaching Philosophy:

My approach is funny, direct and matter of fact. I thrive on practical applications and achieving bottom line results. I believe that validation and insight are the most important factors in personal transformation, and I get totally jazzed about sharing that with others.

Bio:

I have a Masters Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Philosophy. I am also an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner. I served as a mental health therapist for several years before moving to the business world. I was a sales manager for four years and in direct sales for a total of 5 additional years. I left the insurance business to start BuzZen -- a company that focuses on supporting women in becoming all they were meant to be. I am the mother of a five year old son (Aidan) and a four year old daughter (Olivia).
