Summer has some unique
CD’s that can be used as an alternative
to “traditional” meditation. She calls
her technique “flowdreaming” which
is more like a visualization. We have found it
interesting and easy to listen to. |

then Steven Sadleir’s Self Awareness Institute
is for you. He is our meditation guru and an amazing
teacher. He conducts courses via the telephone,
so you can access him from anywhere in the world.
We have both taken several courses from him and
find him to be truly enlightened. He is also a

We have both used this technology
a lot and feel that it has had a profound effect

immediately and then it allows you to put in your
intentions, record it in your own voice and put
a picture with it. Your computer will pop
it up and play it for you as often as you would
like. EXTREMELY easy to use – even
if you aren’t great with technology.
